SDI Acquires Avar’s PT Division

SDI finalized the acquisition of AVAR Construction Systems PT Division in January 2012, resulting in SDI having the largest bonded PT labor force in the nation. The acquisition made the SDI team stronger and fit to tackle nearly any challenge. Guido Schwager, Owner and President of Schwager Davis, Inc. signing the final acquisition paperwork.
